1. Refunds

If a payment is failed or declined due to an error on the part of the payment gateway provider, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used to make the transaction. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

2. Cancellations

If a payment is failed or declined due to an error on the part of the payment gateway provider, you may cancel the transaction and resubmit the payment using a different payment method. If you choose to cancel the transaction, we will not charge you for the failed transaction.
